Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for commercial/residential developments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (architects, engineers, subcontractors) to ensure seamless project delivery
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Control project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation using Procore and AutoCAD software
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control audits
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors
- Report project progress to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
- Proven expertise in large-scale residential/complex commercial projects
- Advanced proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam)
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
