Responsibilities
- Oversee entire project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams of 15+ personnel
- Implement cutting-edge BIM technology and sustainable construction methodologies
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for complex urban projects
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, local building codes, and LEED certification requirements
- Lead client communications and stakeholder management for high-profile developments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential construction with 5+ years in project management
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within $10M+ budgets
- Advanced proficiency in construction software (Procore, AutoCAD, Primavera P6)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP accreditation required
- Strong understanding of Texas building codes and municipal permitting processes
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse, high-performance teams
