Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation

- Manage project documentation, permits, and compliance with local building codes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years progressive experience in commercial/residential construction
- Proven expertise in LEED and sustainable building certifications
- Proficiency in Procore, AutoCAD, and construction scheduling software
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
- OSHA 30-hour certification and PMP designation preferred
