Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of commercial construction projects ($5M-$20M) including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery
- Implement rigorous quality control and safety protocols exceeding OSHA standards
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors while maintaining strong client relationships
- Oversee sustainable construction practices achieving LEED Gold certification targets
- Utilize Procore and BIM technologies for project tracking and documentation
- Mentor junior project managers and construction teams through leadership training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction with 5+ years in project management
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP credential preferred
- Expertise in building codes (IBC, NFPA, TAC) and permitting processes
- Advanced proficiency in construction management software (Procore, BIM 360)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cost estimation and risk management
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
