Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial construction projects from pre-planning through final handover
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and safety regulations
- Implement sustainable building practices and LEED standards
- Mentor project engineers and site supervisors
- Resolve technical challenges and mitigate project risks
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience
- Proven track record managing $10M+ projects
- OSHA 30-hour and LEED AP certification required
- Advanced proficiency in Procore and BIM modeling
- Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Strong negotiation and subcontractor management skills
- Expertise in scheduling with Primavera P6
