Responsibilities
- Oversee entire project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout
- Manage budgets exceeding $15M and coordinate 50+ subcontractors
- Implement LEED and sustainable construction protocols
- Resolve complex site challenges and maintain safety compliance
- Leverage Procore and BIM technology for digital project delivery
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and stakeholders
- Mentor junior project management staff
Qualifications
- 10+ years in commercial construction management
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Proven expertise in high-rise and mixed-use developments
- OSHA 30-hour and PMP certifications preferred
- Strong financial acumen and risk mitigation skills
- Experience with Austin permitting and regulatory landscape
- Advanced proficiency in construction software suites
