Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle management of commercial construction projects from pre-planning to closeout
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Implement BIM technology for precision planning and resource optimization
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA standards and LEED certification requirements
- Manage project budgets exceeding $25M with rigorous cost control systems
- Resolve complex technical challenges and mitigate construction risks
- Develop sustainable construction methodologies reducing environmental impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with municipal authorities for permitting compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction
- Proven track record managing projects over $20M in value
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, BIM 360, and AutoCAD
- Deep knowledge of Texas building codes and municipal regulations
- OSHA 30-hour and First Aid/CPR certifications
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cost-benefit analysis
