Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution for commercial/residential developments
- Manage budgets exceeding $5M with 95% cost accuracy
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, building codes, and LEED standards
- Implement BIM technology and digital project management tools
- Conduct weekly site inspections and safety audits
- Develop project timelines using Primavera P6
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of progressive construction experience
- LEED AP certification preferred
- Proven track record with large-scale commercial projects
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Procore
- Texas Contractor License (Class A)
- OSHA 30-hour certification
