Responsibilities
- Oversee full project lifecycle planning, execution, and delivery
- Manage multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, subcontractors)
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, building codes, and sustainability standards
- Control budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and quality assurance protocols
- Leverage BIM/CAD technologies for precision coordination
- Negotiate contracts and maintain stakeholder relationships
Qualifications
- 10+ years construction management experience
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- LEED AP / PMP certification required
- Expertise in commercial high-rise or large-scale residential
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time/budget
- Advanced knowledge of Texas building codes
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD
