Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle planning, budgeting, and execution for commercial construction projects valued $50M+
- Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies
- Implement innovative safety protocols achieving 0 OSHA incidents across all sites
- Utilitize BIM/CAD technologies for precision project documentation and clash detection
- Optimize resource allocation and procurement strategies for maximum efficiency
- Ensure compliance with LEED and sustainable building certification requirements
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and milestone deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management
- PMP or LEED AP certification required with OSHA 30-hour training
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 and Bluebeam Revu software
- Deep knowledge of Texas building codes and municipal regulations
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing 15+ person teams
