Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Budget Management: Monitor project costs, control variances, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure high performance.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict health and safety regulations (HSE) and ensure all works comply with local building codes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets our premium standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the London market.
- Certifications: PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar construction management software.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning permissions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
