Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Direct cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and key suppliers.
- Implement lean construction methodologies to reduce waste and optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports for senior executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in commercial construction management.
- Proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar projects on time and under budget.
- Deep proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations and local building codes.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on collaborative problem-solving.
- Professional certification such as PMP or CCM is highly preferred.
