Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from pre-construction planning to final handover.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial forecasting to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
- Enforce strict OSHA compliance and job site safety protocols at all times.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports to executive stakeholders.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Resolve on-site challenges effectively to mitigate project delays.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of managing projects valued at $20M+.
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and zoning regulations in Texas.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse onsite teams.
- PMP or CCM certification is highly preferred.
