  • Proven track record of managing projects valued at $20M+ from inception to closeout.
  • Advanced proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse onsite teams and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and safety requirements in Colorado.
  • PMP or CCM certification is highly preferred.
