Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for large-scale commercial builds from pre-construction to final handover.
- Manage budgets, schedule projections, and resource allocation to ensure maximum profitability.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Ensure all site activities strictly adhere to OSHA safety regulations and local building codes.
- Facilitate client meetings and provide transparent, high-level project status updates.
- Mentor junior project managers and site supervisors to uphold team performance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of managing projects valued at $20M+.
- Proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam Revu.
- Strong understanding of structural design, blueprints, and local zoning ordinances.
- Current PMP or CCM certification preferred.
- Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
