Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project execution including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Manage subcontractors and vendors ensuring compliance with safety protocols and building codes
- Implement BIM technology and digital project management tools for precision coordination
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control audits
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and resolve complex logistical challenges
- Lead client communications and stakeholder management throughout project lifecycle
- Mentor project teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential construction
- PMP certification or equivalent professional designation required
- Proven expertise in large-scale ($15M+) project delivery
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and BIM software
- OSHA 30-hour and LEED AP credentials preferred
- Strong knowledge of Texas building codes and permitting processes
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
