Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from pre-construction planning to final handover.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial forecasting to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Enforce rigorous safety standards and ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations and site protocols.
- Direct site supervisors and field crews to optimize labor productivity and resource allocation.
- Manage procurement processes and negotiate vendor contracts to minimize project overhead.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, schedule, and adherence to design specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience managing large-scale commercial or multi-family residential construction projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning requirements, and construction law in Texas.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets with zero safety incidents.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
- PMP or CCM certification is highly preferred.
