Responsibilities
- Direct all phases of project construction, from pre-construction planning to final closeout.
- Manage budgets, procurement, and cost reporting to ensure maximum project profitability.
- Supervise onsite subcontractors and internal teams to maintain rigorous quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and city officials to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Implement lean construction methodologies to reduce waste and optimize timelines.
- Conduct weekly project status reviews with key stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Mitigate construction risks through proactive problem-solving and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Deep understanding of Texas building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams in high-pressure environments.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification required.
- Proven track record of managing projects exceeding $20M in total valuation.
