Responsibilities
- Oversee entire project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance on all sites
- Manage project budgets, procurement, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Resolve construction challenges and mitigate project risks
- Lead client communications and stakeholder management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- LEED AP or Green Building Certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Texas building codes and regulations
- Expertise in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
