Responsibilities
- Oversee $50M+ commercial construction projects from pre-conception to close-out
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Implement Lean Construction principles to optimize productivity and waste reduction
- Manage project budgets, RFI processes, and change order documentation
- Ensure OSHA compliance and zero-incident safety protocols
- Develop project schedules using Primavera P6 and Procore platforms
- Lead client relations and stakeholder communications
- Mentor junior project managers in construction methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 10+ years progressive experience in commercial construction
- PMP or CMAA certification required
- Expertise in BIM/VDC implementation and construction technology
- Proven track record with LEED/Green Building projects
- Texas Class A Contractor's license preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Procore and AutoCAD
- Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen
