Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies
- Implement rigorous quality control and safety protocols on active job sites
- Oversee procurement processes and vendor relationships for materials and equipment
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation including reports, permits, and change orders
- Mentor junior project staff and foster collaborative team environments
- Drive sustainable construction practices and LEED certification initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential construction
- Proven expertise in managing projects exceeding $5M in value
- Strong knowledge of Texas building codes, OSHA standards, and local regulations
- Advanced proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam)
- OSHA 30-hour and LEED AP certifications preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and crisis management abilities
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record
