Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of large-scale commercial construction projects ($10M+ budget)
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation using Procore software
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical challenges proactively
- Develop and maintain client relationships through transparent communication
- Implement sustainable construction practices to achieve LEED certification goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- PMP certification and OSHA 30-hour construction safety training
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and under budget
- Advanced proficiency in construction management software (Procore, BIM 360)
- Strong knowledge of Texas building codes and local permitting processes
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Experience with sustainable construction methods and LEED certification
