Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle management of commercial construction projects (>$50M value)
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation using Procore
- Oversee subcontractor relationships and vendor negotiations
- Implement sustainable construction practices and LEED certification processes
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting
- Resolve technical challenges and mitigate project risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (required)
- 10+ years of progressive construction management experience
- PMP or LEED AP certification (strongly preferred)
- Proven track record on commercial or infrastructure projects >$25M
- Expertise in AutoCAD, BIM modeling, and project management software
- Texas Class A Contractor's License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and advanced safety training
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
