Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project execution across commercial and high-end residential developments
- Manage $15M+ construction budgets and 50+ subcontractor relationships
- Implement sustainable building practices and LEED certification protocols
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and municipal authorities for compliance
- Lead site safety initiatives exceeding OSHA standards
- Utilitize Procore and BIM 360 for digital project management
- Mentor junior project teams on industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of progressive construction leadership experience
- Proven track record on commercial/residential projects over $10M
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP credentials
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and construction estimating software
- Texas Class A Contractor's license required
- Strong negotiation skills with subcontractors and vendors
- Experience with municipal permitting processes in Texas
