Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring alignment with budget, timeline, and quality standards
- Manage cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies
- Implement BIM/CAD technologies for precision planning and resource optimization
- Oversee safety protocols and compliance with OSHA, LEED, and local regulations
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for complex urban projects
- Drive sustainable construction practices and waste reduction initiatives
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction with $50M+ project values
- PMP certification and LEED AP accreditation required
- Proven expertise in structural steel, concrete, and MEP systems
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and AutoCAD/BIM 360
- Texas contractor license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Strong track record in urban development and high-rise projects
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex site conditions
