Responsibilities
- Direct all phases of construction projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless coordination
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance across all sites
- Manage project documentation including permits, blueprints, and regulatory compliance
- Optimize resource allocation and cost control while maintaining project timelines
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance reviews
- Leverage BIM/CAD technology for precision planning and conflict resolution
- Stakeholder management with clients, architects, and municipal authorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential construction
- PMP or LEAP certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in project management software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project)
- Deep knowledge of Texas building codes and municipal regulations
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and under budget
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
