Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
- Lead and mentor site supervisors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams.
- Monitor site progress to ensure strict compliance with building codes and design specifications.
- Manage risk mitigation strategies to prevent project delays and budget overruns.
- Oversee quality control inspections and manage project documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in commercial construction management.
- Expertise in Procore, Bluebeam, and advanced project management software.
- Proven track record of managing projects exceeding $20M in value.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and local Denver building safety standards.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Professional certification (PMP or CCM) is highly preferred.
