Responsibilities
- Lead and direct complex commercial construction projects from pre-construction to project closeout.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial forecasting to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with site superintendents and subcontractors to maintain rigorous scheduling standards.
- Oversee compliance with OSHA safety regulations and local building codes.
- Facilitate weekly progress meetings with clients and project stakeholders.
- Manage procurement processes and contract negotiations for major trade packages.
- Implement lean construction methodologies to drive operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in commercial or industrial construction.
- Proven track record managing projects exceeding $20M in value.
- Expert proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam Revu.
- Deep understanding of AIA contracts and building permit processes.
- PMP or CCM certification preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills.
