Responsibilities
- Oversee entire project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring on-time delivery within budget constraints
- Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance across all sites
- Manage project documentation, permits, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Optimize resource allocation and mitigate project risks proactively
- Utilize BIM technology for project planning and coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction
- Proven track record managing projects over $20M in value
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEAP accreditation preferred
- Expertise in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam)
- Strong understanding of Texas building codes and regulations
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- PMP or similar certification required
