Responsibilities
- Oversee entire project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and ensure OSHA/OSHA compliance
- Manage project documentation, permits, and regulatory approvals
- Optimize resource allocation and maintain quality control standards
- Utilize BIM software and construction management platforms (Procore, Primavera)
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk mitigation reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive construction management experience
- Proven track record of delivering $50M+ commercial projects
- Expertise in sustainable building practices (LEED certification preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project
- Strong negotiation skills and stakeholder management abilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification and current PMP designation
