Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of complex commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
- Oversee project budgets, scheduling, and procurement processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols and quality control standards on all job sites.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize project costs.
- Mentor junior project engineers and site superintendents to foster team development.
- Review blueprints and technical specifications for accuracy and constructability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in commercial construction management.
- Proven track record of delivering projects valued at $20M+ within urban environments.
- Expertise in Procore, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam software suites.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and Texas building codes.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- PMP or CCM certification is highly preferred.
