Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle for high-rise commercial builds.
- Direct cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Manage project budgets, cost-reporting, and procurement processes.
- Ensure rigorous compliance with OSHA safety standards and local building codes.
- Facilitate weekly site meetings and manage stakeholder communication.
- Mitigate project risks through proactive problem-solving and strategic planning.
- Execute quality control inspections to ensure adherence to architectural blueprints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in commercial construction management.
- Proven proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD.
- Deep understanding of Texas building regulations and zoning laws.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing multi-million dollar portfolios.
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- PMP or CCM certification highly preferred.
