Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end construction of multi-million dollar projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and vendors
- Enforce OSHA compliance and implement rigorous safety protocols
- Oversee budget management and cost control systems
- Ensure project milestones are met through strategic scheduling
- Conduct quality assurance inspections and documentation
- Leverage BIM technology for precision planning and execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of hands-on commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 30 certification and LEED AP accreditation preferred
- Proven expertise in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam)
- Strong knowledge of Texas building codes and regulations
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder communication skills
- Track record of delivering projects on time and under budget
- Experience with sustainable building practices
