Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project execution including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations and building codes
- Implement sustainable construction practices and quality control systems
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical challenges proactively
- Drive innovation in construction methodologies and materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive construction management experience
- Proven track record on commercial/residential projects over $10M
- LEED AP or equivalent sustainability certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in construction software (Procore, AutoCAD, BIM)
- Texas State Contractor's License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification
