Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Lead on-site teams of 15+ subcontractors and direct-hire personnel
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, local building codes, and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve technical issues
- Implement risk management protocols and quality control procedures
- Oversee project documentation including permits, inspections, and closeout reports
- Drive innovation in sustainable construction practices and materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive construction management experience
- Proven track record on projects exceeding $5M in value
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP accreditation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam)
- Texas Contractor License (Class A or equivalent)
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated experience in commercial and multi-family residential projects
