Responsibilities
- Oversee entire project lifecycle including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines
- Implement strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance measures
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Manage subcontractor relationships and contract negotiations
- Prepare progress reports and client presentations
- Mentor junior staff and facilitate team collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive construction experience with commercial projects
- OSHA 30-hour certification and First Aid/CPR training
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and MS Project
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and under budget
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- LEED AP certification preferred
