Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire construction lifecycle, from planning and scheduling to final completion and closeout.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Lead and mentor project teams, including superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure design integrity.
- Monitor project progress using advanced construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in commercial construction management.
- Valid PMP or CCM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code (OBC) and local regulations.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects ($10M+).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
