Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project execution including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, subcontractors)
- Implement sustainable construction practices and LEED certification protocols
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and building codes
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications
- Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Mentor junior project managers and field supervisors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of progressive construction management experience
- LEED AP certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in large-scale commercial/residential projects
- Advanced proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong financial acumen and contract negotiation skills
- Texas Class A Contractor's License mandatory
