Responsibilities
- Oversee daily on-site operations and strictly manage construction schedules.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
- Manage project budgets, forecasting costs and ensuring profitability.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, architects, and laborers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial construction.
- Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex logistical issues on-site.
