If you are a dealmaker who thrives on winning complex transactions and desires a highly competitive, performance-driven compensation structure, this is your next career defining move.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire transaction lifecycle from initial LOI drafting, through extensive due diligence, to final closing coordination.
  • Present comprehensive, data-driven investment memoranda to the Executive Investment Committee.
  • Negotiate purchase and sale agreements (PSA), joint venture agreements, and financing terms with sellers, partners, and lenders.
  • Collaborate with asset management and development teams to formulate and transition post-acquisition business plans.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6-10 years of professional experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, private equity, or investment banking.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully closing institutional-grade transactions exceeding $50M in aggregate value.
  • Advanced mastery of financial modeling tools, specifically Excel and ARGUS Enterprise.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills backed by an active, robust network of brokers, developers, and lenders in the Northeast.
