Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade cloud architectures on AWS/GCP platforms
- Lead migration projects from on-premise to cloud infrastructure
- Develop cost optimization strategies and FinOps frameworks
- Create infrastructure-as-code templates using Terraform/CloudFormation
- Conduct security assessments and implement compliance frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Mentor junior architects and conduct architecture reviews
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cloud architecture with 3+ years in senior roles
- Expert-level AWS/GCP certifications (Solutions Architect Professional)
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless technologies
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab)
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Experience with monitoring/observability platforms (Datadog, New Relic)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
