Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable, high-availability multi-cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Pulumi to ensure environment consistency.
- Lead the migration and optimization of containerized workloads using Kubernetes (EKS/GKE).
- Collaborate with Security teams to enforce Zero Trust architecture and automated compliance.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines to increase deployment frequency and reduce MTTR.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior cloud engineers and participate in architectural reviews.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive incident response protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture, DevOps, or SRE roles.
- Deep expertise in AWS or GCP services (IAM, VPC, RDS, Lambda, Cloud Run).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes orchestration and Docker containerization.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation with Go, Python, or Bash.
- Strong understanding of GitOps workflows and tools like ArgoCD or Flux.
- Professional certification (AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Google Professional Cloud Architect) is a significant plus.
