Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Develop and refine CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment velocity and reliability.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to manage complex environments.
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and manage cost-efficiency across multiple regions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve mission-critical performance bottlenecks.
- Establish and enforce robust security protocols and compliance standards across the tech stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in platform engineering.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS, VPC, Lambda).
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Advanced scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash.
- Deep understanding of observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot distributed systems under pressure.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
