Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable, highly available multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Pulumi.
- Drive the automation of CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment cycles.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, cost-efficiency, and resource utilization.
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis (RCA) for complex system outages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional software engineering teams to define architectural standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in platform engineering.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Cloud Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Expertise in AWS and GCP ecosystem (EKS, GKE, IAM, VPC, CloudFront).
- Deep proficiency in Kubernetes orchestration and containerization (Docker).
- Advanced scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash.
- Extensive experience with GitOps workflows and observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, and data encryption standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
