Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks from scratch.
- Lead QA efforts for end-to-end integration across microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with developers to establish 'shift-left' testing methodologies.
- Execute complex manual test suites for edge cases that require human intuition.
- Mentor junior QA staff and advocate for software quality best practices company-wide.
- Monitor production health using observability tools to proactively identify bottlenecks.
- Review product requirements to provide actionable feedback during the design phase.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or SDET roles.
- Proficiency in at least one modern language: Java, Python, or Go.
- Expertise with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI).
- Experience testing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical mindset and exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
