NexusScale Systems is seeking a visionary Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to lead the evolution of our high-scale, multi-cloud environment. You will play a pivotal role in designing resilient, automated, and secure architecture that powers our global SaaS platform. Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Pulumi.
- Drive the migration of legacy workloads to containerized environments using Kubernetes (EKS/GKE).
- Develop robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment velocity and reliability.
- Proactively monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and execute scaling strategies.
- Lead incident response protocols and conduct post-mortem analysis for system outages.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in system architecture and security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, site reliability engineering, or DevOps.
- Deep expertise in AWS or GCP services (EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, Cloud Storage).
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
- Proven track record managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
- Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
