Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable cloud architecture on AWS/GCP.
- Drive infrastructure-as-code (IaC) initiatives using Terraform and Pulumi.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment frequency and reliability.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive scaling strategies.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance and robust disaster recovery protocols.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote internal best practices in cloud governance.
- Manage container orchestration environments using Kubernetes at scale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Expert-level proficiency in AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3) or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong coding skills in Go, Python, or Ruby.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and service mesh technologies.
- Proven experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Chef.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and Linux system internals.
