Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Python and JavaScript.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous validation.
- Perform load, stress, and API testing to guarantee system stability under peak traffic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality criteria and test strategies.
- Analyze test results and report on coverage metrics to drive process improvements.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct code reviews.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and automation.
- Proficiency in at least two major programming languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
- Expertise in testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Strong understanding of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
