Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/Azure/GCP infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and costs through continuous monitoring and automation
- Lead migration projects from on-premises to cloud environments with zero-downtime strategies
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Spinnaker
- Develop infrastructure monitoring and alerting systems with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
- Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to ensure compliance with SOC 2 and HIPAA standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct architecture reviews
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Hands-on experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Infrastructure-as-code expertise with Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and infrastructure automation
- Experience with monitoring tools and log management systems
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Professional, CCSP, or equivalent)
