Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Define scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and executive leadership
- Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation plans
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize delivery velocity and quality
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring proactive stakeholder communication
- Manage project budgets, track KPIs, and provide regular progress reports to leadership
- Mentor junior project managers and cultivate high-performing team environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project, and collaboration tools
- Demonstrated success managing budgets exceeding $1M and cross-functional teams of 15+
- Strategic thinker with ability to balance innovation with practical execution
